Rolfe Planning Partnership is a newly created planning and development consultancy offering planning advice to clients across a diverse range of service areas. The business currently comprises two partners, Keith Rolfe and Guy Rolfe.

Meet the team…

Keith Rolfe - BSc (Hons) - Dip TP - DMS - MRTPI

Chartered Town Planner

Keith studied geography at University and subsequently gained two post graduate qualifications, namely a Diploma in Town Planning and a Diploma in Management Studies.

He has in total thirty five years experience of working as a planning practitioner in both urban ( Birmingham and London) and rural ( Buckinghamshire and Cornwall) areas. Most of his working career has been within the public sector in Cornwall.

Whilst working for the former Caradon District Council he held a number of senior positions, including Head of Development and Building Control and also Head of Spatial Policy.

Being fully qualified, having had twenty five years corporate membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute, and with an extensive mix of experience, knowledge and skills, clients can be assured that every matter handled by RPP will be in safe and expert hands.

Guy Rolfe

Guy studied business administration at Plymouth University and is acting in a part time, supporting capacity , handling operations and systems and thereby increasing outputs and reducing overheads. All professional planning matters will however be outside his remit.
